1. Exterior Body Inspection

A thorough examination of all body panels for dents, scratches, paint inconsistencies, or signs of previous collision repair. We use specialized lighting to detect even the most subtle imperfections.

2. Paint Thickness Measurement

Using digital paint thickness gauges, we verify original factory paint across all panels. Inconsistent readings indicate repainting, which can signal accident history.

3. Chassis & Frame Integrity

Inspection of the vehicle's structural integrity, including the chassis rails, subframes, and floor pans. Any evidence of bending, welding, or reinforcement is thoroughly documented.

4. Engine & Drivetrain Assessment

Complete engine bay inspection including fluid levels, hose condition, belt wear, and evidence of leaks. Drivetrain components including transmission, differential, and driveshafts are also assessed.

5. Brake System Inspection

Brake pad thickness, rotor condition, caliper function, and brake fluid quality are all verified against manufacturer specifications.

6. Suspension & Steering

All suspension components — springs, dampers, control arms, and bushings — are inspected for wear and proper function. Steering geometry and alignment are verified.

7. Tyre Condition & Matching

Tread depth, sidewall condition, and brand consistency across all four tyres (including the spare) are checked. Uneven wear patterns can indicate alignment or suspension issues.

8. Interior & Electronics

All interior components, infotainment systems, climate controls, power accessories, and safety features are tested for proper function.

9. Under-Vehicle Inspection

A complete underside inspection for rust, oil leaks, exhaust system condition, and any signs of impact damage or unauthorized modifications.

10. Road Test & Diagnostic Scan

A comprehensive road test under various conditions, combined with an OBD diagnostic scan to ensure no fault codes are present in any vehicle system.
